Returns

Return of goods is possible if its presentation, factory labels, consumer properties, document confirming the fact of purchase of the specified goods. You can't return an item that has been used. An item you bought in an online store can be returned within 14 days.

After approval of the refund, we will transfer the funds to the card or Bank account within 1 to 3 banking days.

Please note that the refund depends on the processing speed of the transaction by your Bank and can reach 30 banking days.

The shipping cost is not refundable
